Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls for board of Directors
• Order Flower arrangements and any other necessary arrangement for special occasion of company’s business partner
• Arrange Travel Schedule and Travel documents
• Prepare Presentation documents
• Arrange appointment for Board of Directors
• And any other secretarial duties

• At least diploma from secretarial academy
• Min. 1 years experience in the same position
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Fluent in English both written and spokken, Mandarin will be advantage
• Tough and able to work in fast paced environment
• Independent and well organized

Responsibility:

Develop ICT test program and manage ICT test fixture fabrication for Teradyn Z18xx, Genrad, Agilent 3070 and Tescon.
Organize maintenance and repair for the ICT machine
Study the test coverage of the ICT testing
Debug the board for ICT test failure
Lead a group of technician for the maintenance and debugging

Requirements:

HAVING EXPERIENCE IN ELECTRONIC MANUFACTURING SERVICES
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the similar role
Degree in Electronic Engineering
Good English oral and written is MUST
Good communication, interpersonal and ability to interact with all levels of people
Shows high analytical and attentive to detail, Good management (time, document, project) Good experience in programming of ICT Machine especially for Teradyne Z18xx, Agilent 307X and Genrad test program
Good knowledge in debugging ICT machine issue
Preferably working experience in Electronic Manufacturing services company

PROGRAM MANAGER (PM)

Responsible for day to day operational management of all activities and functions in program department area, including developing, implementing and evaluating program policies, procedures, and standards; determining program service levels and enhancements; developing and monitoring program budgets; providing technical advice and / or supervision to staff, other departments, the public and other agencies, and performs related work as required.

1. Holds minimum bachelor degree from any relevant disciplines. Hold a Master Degree will be an advantage.
2. Possesses minimum 5 years of experience in relevant area including minimum 2 years as  teachers,  preferably at national plus High Schools or other top High Schools in Indonesia.
3. Understands issues and development in National Education and international education, professional development for teachers,  school management, and assessments.
4. Ability to synthesize complex information from a variety of sources, including local government, scholars, and policy makers, and turn it into dynamic copy that is understandable and persuasive to specific audiences, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia..
5. Strong communication and negotiation  skills both in English and Bahasa.
