Lowongan Technical Support

Responsibilities :

Technical solution support for existing customer. This would be more on solution support and not bug fixing
To configure campaign and help customers with their campaign analysis
Conducting customer centric workshop for pre and post sales
Conducting and finalizing requirement capture as part of post sales functionality
Product presentation and training
Conducting Product Demo

Requirements :

Minimum degree in Comp Science, Telecommunication, E&E
Pre-sales or Technical Support Experience- at least 2 to 3 years
Hands on experience in Microsoft SQL Server and .net
Experience on CRM, DWH, BI, IN, Billing, VAS Service, or Campaign Management would be added advantage
Have a strong leadership and able to work in team
Fluent in English both written and oral
