RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT SENIOR MANAGER
(Chemical Industry)
Reporting directly to Operation Director, the incumbent is fully in charge of directing the formulation of research and development strategies, policies and plans. They responsible for assessing the benefits and monitors the costs and effectiveness of research and development activities. The job includes interpreting results of research and recommends manajement product development innovations.
The following qualification:
- Having at least 6 years relevant experiences in the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with design and development procedures and experience of building or contributing to a “design history file” during product development is a serious advantage.
- Having strong management and leadership capabilities and a proven project management track record.
- Highly self motivated, a decision maker, and performance driven.
- Having experience of managing small teams and therefore be an excellent communicator, influencer and motivator.
- Computer literate, having strong analytical thinking skills and be able to communicate effective both in writing and verbally with all levels.
- Minimum Bachelor degree.
- Age between 35 – 45 years old.
