PRODUCT MANAGER – Audio & Video division

Job Summary :

The incumbent will report to Head of Audio & Video for ensuring the development of strategic marketing plans for Flat TV through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement and business planning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop new product feature and functionality in partnership with AV HQ.
• Acts as marketing primary advocate on cross functional development eams
• Provide customer use case examples to the manufacturing and is the primary bridge between customer feedback and requirement and R&D.
• Drive resolution of customer satisfaction issues, and other issues related with product ordering, systems and tools.
• Forecast and help drive opportunities for product line ups.
• Identify area of growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features.
• Drive and develop material for multiple products or services launch including press releases, material launching, customer presentations, and sales training materials.
• Develop and drive competitive marketing campaigns as to ensure market share and profitability.
• Collaborates cross functionally on competitive selling, pricing, market development and field solutions.
• Contribute in sales forecasting

The Requirements:

• Holding a Bachelor or Master degree in any major from a reputable university with good academic performance
• Having a minimum of five (5)  years of similar experience preferably from consumer electronics, IT, and mobile devices industries, with strong proven expertise in a product management role
• Track record in successful product launches and/or promotion programs in Managed Services or IT solutions will be an added advantage
• Possess a sound understanding of market demand/supply forces and identifying key issues and problems when devising business plans to capitalize on market opportunities
• Good communication skills to share results, provide strategic guidance in adopting sales strategies and able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organisation.
• Meticulous, independent, responsible and able to multi-task in fast pace environment.
• Ability in problem-solving and analytical thinking to work effectively in a fast moving business with intense deadlines and constraints.
• Willing to travel within the region when necessary.
