HEAD CHEF (Japanese Restaurant)
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Male, age between 20’s to mid 30’s

* Hold Bachelor degree in hospitality management or business management or graduated of Hotel Academy (Culinary)
* Must have min 5 years experience as SENIOR CHEF in F&B specialize in Japanese Restaurant
* Enjoy cooking and must be familiar with kitchen tools and cookware
* Fluent English is a must
* Be able to work independently and under pressure
* Able to lead and conduct skills training
* Good leadership, Interpersonal skill and multitasking
* Dynamic, service oriented, self motivated, and discipline
