Real Estate Supervisor (Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang)

Responsibilities:
•    You will be responsible for updating real estate databases, handling store’s complaints, looking for new location, and negotiating with developers
Requirements:
•    Minimum S1 in Civil Engineer, Architecture, or Planology (GPA min 2.75)
•    Male/Female, maximum age 30 years old
•    Experiences in operation area in property/ developer/ building management OR in real estate department in banking industry will be an advantage
•    Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
•    Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
•    Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, & communication skills
•    Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
•    Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
