PT DSM KALTIM Melamine is a firm ‘Joint Venture’ which is engaged in Melamine Industry, production center located in Bontang in East Kalimantan and has representative offices in Jakarta.
to support its operations, we need new employees who will be placed on the plant for the following positions:
A. Mechanical Technican (Code: MTN)
(East Kalimantan – Bontang)

Responsibilities:
* Carry out maintenance work and installation of Mechanical equipment manufacturers (Rotating and Non-Rotating) and pendukunganya facilities, so that the plant mechanical systems to function properly, safely, efficiently and under control and reduce down time plant operation
* Maintain the completeness of documents and work tools that are always ready and easy to find when needed
* Javan accountable to the Foreman and / or Senior Technician

Requirements:

* Citizen domiciled in the Republic of Indonesia or outside Kaltim yet ready to be placed in Kaltim Bontang
* Education:
o Mechanical Engineering (D3), a minimum of 3 years experience
o SMK Machinery / Automotive / Production, a minimum of six years work experience
* Statistic similar work experience in the petro chemical companies or oil / gas
* Maximum Age 35 years
* Male, physical condition (physical & spiritual health), not color blind, not phobia of heights and confined space
* Hard skills: Having experience in the field of plant equipment maintenance, overhaul and trouble solving / shooting towards: Centrifuge, Centrifugal Pump, Centrifugal Compressor, Displ Compressor, Fan & Blower, Engine Determined based on Diesel, Plumbing, basic welding, etc.. Having experience / certification in the field of rotating jobs equipment, Auto, isolation and schafolding will become more of our considerations
* Soft skills: motivation of achievement, regardless of the order, able to work independently, able to withstand stress (time and quality) in their work, can work together with other work units

B. Senior Electrical Technician (Code: Sr. ELT)
(East Kalimantan – Bontang)

Responsibilities:

* Carry out maintenance work and installation of electrical equipment manufacturer (high and low voltage) and its supporting facilities, so that the factory electrical system can be functioning properly, secure, efficient and under control and reduce down time
* Keep records of all work already done on history card so tracebility system (traceability) is running correctly and to maintain the completeness of the working document
* Electrical Foreman is responsible to and in certain circumstances be able to replace the function / tigas Electrical Foreman-task as well as other duties as instructed by Management relating to the smooth operation of PT MGD plant

Requirements:

* Citizen domiciled in the Republic of Indonesia or outside Kaltim yet ready to be placed in Kaltim Bontang
* Education:
* Muda/D3 Degree in Electrical Engineering with experience in maintenance and installation of electrical equipment (high & low voltage) in the petro chemical plant or oil / gas at least three years
* SMK Electrical / Electronics with experience in maintenance, installation and trouble shooting electrical equipment (high & low voltage) in the petro chemical plant or oil / gas at least five years
* Maximum Age 35 years
* Men, physical condition (physical & spiritual health) and not color blind
* Hard-skills required in this position:
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and service manuals factory equipment
* Mastering the technical maintenance, installation and trouble shooting electrical equipment manufacturer (high and low voltage)
* Ability to use computers with software Windows applications, Ms Office and CMMS
* Able to speak English oral and written secondary level
* Soft-skills needed in this position:

C. Instrument Technician (Code: ITC)
(East Kalimantan – Bontang)

Responsibilities:

* Carry out maintenance activities of all equipment, instrumentation (sensors, transmitters, control system, PLC, etc.) in order to function in accordance with technical requirements, efficient, safe and timely comply with the fixed aspects of occupational safety and health
* Maintain the completeness of documents and work tools that are always ready and easy to find when needed
* Responsible to the Foreman and / or Senior Technician

Requirements:

* Citizen domiciled in the Republic of Indonesia or outside Kaltim Kaltim namum ready placed in Bontang
* Education:
o Easy Degree / D3 Electrical Engineering / Physics 2 years experience
o SMK Electrical / Electronics experienced in the field of maintenance of a minimum of five years of instrumentation equipment
* Work experience in similar position in the petro chemical plant or oil / gas
* Maximum Age 35 years
* Men, physical condition (physical & spiritual health) and not color blind
* Terms of hard-skills in these positions:
o Ability to read and interpret the instrument / electrical drawings, such as logic drawings, hook-up drawing, Process control diagrams, instrument details, P & ID, and manual service and be able to analyze in accordance with the applicable standard instrumentation
o Mastering the basics of instrumentation equipment, technical maintenance, installation and calibration, and perform trouble shooting / solving instrumentation equipment factory
* Terms of soft-skills required in these positions:

D. Maintenance Planning & controle Coordinator (Code: MPC)
(East Kalimantan – Bontang)

Responsibilities:

* Help Maintenance Planner in planning, coordinating and scheduling all maintenance activities that include work Prevetive & Predictive Maintenance (PPM), Demand Maintenance (DM), Turn Around (TA), shutdown and planning of spare parts so that the work plan has been prepared and approved to run well
* Monitoring activities maintenance and / or by contractors in the field to work in accordance with implementation schedule and quality targets
* Prepare and monitor the process of PTP (MR and PP), especially with regard to the purposes of the Production Directorate

Requirements:

* Citizen domiciled in the Republic of Indonesia or outside Kaltim Kaltim namum ready placed in Bontang
* Education:
* Muda/D3 Bachelor of Engineering 3 years experience
* SMK Machinery / Automotive / Production of 6 years work experience
* Work experience in similar position in the petro chemical plant or oil / gas
* Maximum Age 35 years
* Male, physical condition (physical & spiritual health), not color blind, not phobia of heights and confined space
* Hard skills: Having experience in the field of Plant Maintenance of equipment (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument), Planning and Control Project, the preparation and making of the Master Plan for Preventive Maintenance, Can menggunalam Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office and English (minimum passive)
* Soft skills: Ability to work independently, able to withstand stress (time and quality) in their work, can work together with other work units, capable of making a written report and became the coordinator of children underneath the fruit and / or employees seconded to
