We are the Foreign Plastic Packaging Company in Surabaya. To share our vision of continuous growth in worldwide markets, we urgently required:

LEAN LEADER – SURABAYA

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
  • 2 years relevant experience in engineering manufacturing sector
  • Solid experience in Lean Manufacturing ( 5S, TPM, SMED, VSM, Six Sigma ) and Management, or related Continuous Improvement / Manufacturing Process Change Management
  • Experience in injection molding industry is an advantage
  • Maximum 32 years old
  • Good understanding in analytical and statistic
  • Computer literate
  • Should be able to communicate in English both oral & written
  • Strong leadership, mentoring with excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • A responsible and committed team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work in Surabaya
