PRODUCT ENGINEER

The incumbent of this position is responsible to coordinate with other departments such as Sales and Marketing, Production, Production Planning Inventory Control, and Quality Management to perform and provide engineering support for a product or range of products through all phases of product development and manufacturing. Contributing in the effort to enhance relationship with external customers and suppliers, dependent upon project and program is also a large element of this position responsibility.
Job Requirements:

1. Male and holds Diploma or Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 2.75, preferably from Refrigeration Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Thermodynamic) background.
2. Minimum 1-3 years progressive experience in similar roles preferably in refrigeration industry.
3. Detailed understanding of diagnostic, product test, failure analysis, technical solutions as well as solid understanding in using tools, methods and materials associated to the production and maintenance of refrigeration system with all associated equipment.
4. Possess strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
