Accounting Staff
Job Description:
- Journal recording for account payable from supplier.
- Input price from price calculation to Scala program and file the data.
- Updating and checking journal transaction.
- Preparing journal for closing book, which are: Journal Accrued, Work In Process (WIP) List, Provision Inventory List.
- File transaction form.
- Prepare monthly report, which are Movement Inventory List, Stock taking Report, List Sales Vs Standard cost (Price Calculation), List Expenses.
- Conduct monthly stock taking through sampling for: Finished Good, Raw Material, Packing, Spare part, Secondary Material, Fixed Asset.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university, major Accounting
- Experience 1 year in similar position, fresh graduated are welcome with GPA more than 3.00
- Fluent in English
- Have a good knowledge in Accounting cycle and system
- Computer skills: Ms Office (Excel: advance)
- Detailed and have good logical thinking
