MINE PLANER

Responsibilities :
As technical support between mine operations personnel and mine planning with an emphasis on long term planning and strategic option evaluation and analysis.
Ensure layouts and plans are delivered in timely manner.
Develop and implement short or medium to long term plus ensuring budgeted target are met and ensure these plans are delivered in a timely manner.
Assist with evaluation of potential reserve acquisitions, conducting reserve analysis, identifying mine development opportunities and developing economic models.
Coordinate with drafts person in development of property and mine maps and mining and recovery analysis studies.

Requirements:
Male with maximum age of 35
Degree qualified in Mine Engineering or related discipline
Above 5 years experiences in a coal mining environment, with a detail knowledge of mining and project environments.
High level of computer literacy, including knowledge of mine planning software/systems (MINCOM).
Proven experience in mine planning would be desirable skill with the support of operational background
Honest, detail oriented, highly motivated, and able to work in a team
Willing to work at mine site.
Willing to work together with major contractor in achieving an excellent result.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

DIRECT MARKETING TELEMARKETING – RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

JOB DUTIES:

• ·         Manage DMTM (Direct Marketing Telemarketing) channel recruitment activities in order to achieve manpower target in line with the campaign schedule and plan
• ·         Develop recruitment process and tools to manage impression of the candidates
• ·         Manage the administrative aspects of manpower : recruitment folder, agent code & contract, promotion / termination / movement form and monthly structure report
• ·         Manage manpower retention and attract candidates to join the company Telemarketing organization team with competitive compensation scheme and career path

QUALIFICATIONS:

• ·         Minimum level of formal education : Bachelor Degree or SI with a good grade point average (above 2.75)
• ·         Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment of telemarketers and/or other sales team in Insurance / Banking industry
• ·         Familiar with varied channel of sources to find potential candidates
• ·         Performance oriented and self motivated to succeed
• ·         Knowledge of recruitment sales team
• ·         Excellent supervisory, coordination and communication skills
