The TC is required to provide ongoing technical support to distribution channels and contribute towards preparation of sales presentations, tender responses and proposals Main Responsibilities Trial / Production cards Creates, Initializes and Personalizes Specifications for smart cards Prepares and checks of Personalization script files for card production factory Handles Input/Output Data and PIN mailers for Trial and Production cards Delivers Trial card to customer Coordinates Trial cards/Software development between Headquarter and factories to ensure smooth deliveries of end-products Tasks as may be assigned by the Technical Manager from time to time Customer Support Liaises with customer on product requirement Liaises with Customers/Vendors/Factory on Technical issues Resolves technical issues Conducts technical training for customers Provides on-site technical support Answer to RFI/RFP/tender Tasks as may be assigned by the Technical Manager from time to time Qualifications Education Engineering degree in Electronic or in Telecommunication.
