Senior Application Developer:

Responsibilities:
Produce and maintain clean, high quality, standards compliant code.
Develop code that is cross-browser/cross-platform UI compatible and troubleshoot associated issues.
Assist with planning and development of rich user interface for new web-based applications in accordance with the design specifications, user interface style guides and established usability standards
Work with other members of the development Team to ensure successful implementation and integration of presentation tier with other tiers in multi-tier web-based applications.
Maintain cutting edge knowledge of current and emerging technologies, industry trends and standards, modern web browser capabilities, compatibility issues, W3C standards compliance and accessibility issues.

Knowledge & Qualifications:
Expert hands-on knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX as well as other user interface development/debugging tools.
Strong server side scripting language especially PHP (incl. OOP design patterns)
Strong knowledge of database programming especially with MySQL (other is a plus)
Advanced knowledge of JavaScript libraries like Prototype or jQuery
Excellent programming, debugging, testing and troubleshooting skills.
Working experience in Java development environment is a plus.
Familiar with actionscript programming is a plus

Requirements:
At least 2+ years experience in web application development.
Experience translating comps and wireframes into flexible and usable code templates.
Strong working knowledge developing cross platform/browser compatibility (IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.) for dynamic web applications.
Familiarity with/and adherence to web standards.
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize multiple tasks, and problem solving under pressure of deadlines and resource constraints.
Excellent organizational skills.

Senior Interactive Designer:

Responsibilities:
The Interactive Developer defines and implements graphical user interfaces.
This role requires skills to ensure outstanding quality in the execution of animation and motion as well as the underlying technologies used. The Interactive Designer is well-versed within the field, spearheading front-end implementation and ensuring that the look and feel of the final product is polished.

Knowledge & Qualifications:
Passionate about creating innovative interactive solutions for a wide range of clients and technologies
Web-savvy and thoroughly on top of the latest developments, events and standards within the web industry
Strong animation skills using Flash, After Effects and/or other tools
Extensive knowledge of Flash and Actionscript or HTML, CSS and Javascript
Understands interaction as a holistic field, including traditional web sites, rich internet applications, mobile applications, and interactive interfaces
Ability to capture and define interaction via wireframes, specification documents, interactive prototypes or other methods as required by the project

Requirements:
Strong design and conceptual skills
Ability to create wireframe based on campaign brief
At least 2+ years experience in web application development
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
