KEPALA PERSONALIA / HR&GA MANAGER (KODE : KPER)
- Pria/wanita, minimal S1 segala jurusan; IPK minimal 2,75.
- Usia minimal 28 tahun.
- Pengalaman di bidangnya minimal 3 tahun (pernah bekerja di perusahaan Retail – Dept. Store, Supermarket, Hypermarket / F&B / Outsourcing lebih disukai).
- Mampu memimpin implementasi rekrutmen dan seleksi.
- Menguasai UU Ketenagakerjaan & sistem kepegawaian.
- Strong leadership, target oriented, skilled communicator, & exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong on change management, problem solving, and crisis management.

STAF REKRUTMEN (KODE : KREK)
- Pria/wanita, S1 segala jurusan.
- Usia minimal 25 tahun.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam implementasi rekrutmen dan seleksi minimal 1 tahun.
- Pernah bekerja di perusahaan Retail – Dept. Store, Supermarket, Hypermarket / F&B / Outsourcing lebih disukai.

STAF INTERNAL AUDIT (KODE : KINT)
- Pria/wanita, S1 Akuntansi, IPK minimal 3,00.
- Pengalaman sebagai internal auditor atau akuntan minimal 3 tahun.
- Mampu melakukan internal control terhadap procedural compliance bagian yang di-audit.
- Mampu melakukan analisa terhadap hasil audit.
- Bersedia melakukan audit ke cabang – cabang dan memiliki kendaraan sendiri.

STAF ADMINISTRASI OFFICE (KODE : KADM)
- Wanita, SMA/D1, pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms Office (terutama Excel) dengan baik.

HR & GA MANAGER

In details, you will be in charge in:

Managing and controlling all HR function both Organizational Development and HR Operations, including provide appropriate HR strategic roles to achieve company’s objectives   Managing and controlling all General Service activity to support operational of office.

To be a successful in the position, you will be:

o        Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university

o        Minimum 3 years of experience Manager with exposure in Human Resource & General Affair.

o        Having knowledge and experience in handling Training, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Manpower Regulation and implementation

o        Ability in supervising, controlling, and supporting of  all operational activities in General Affair

ACCOUNTING SR.OFFICER

In details, you will be in charge in:

Prepare data, calculation and produce report relating AR/Revenue and Inventory for GL

To be a successful in the position, you will be:

o        Holding a minimum of S1 degree majoring in Accounting

o        Having a minimum of 3 year of working experience

o        Showing good knowledge in accounting and good administration skill

o        Demonstrating key attributes such as smart, fast learner, attention to detail, good personality, can work under pressure and can work over time

o        Good in Ms. Office (Excel and Word) is a must

o        Proficient in Bahasa and English
