* Knowledgeable in web application use VB.Net (MVC 2.0) or Greater (C#.Net).
* Proficiency in MS SQL Server (DML, Stored Procedure, Trigger, View)
* Proficiency in AJAX, Javascript, HTML
* Understand .NET framework and libraries, XML, and webservice technologies
* Have passion in IT and programming
* Able to write clean, well-documented code
* Strong personality, self motivation, able to work independent or team, and able to work under pressure
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
