Reporting to the Plant Administration Supervisor, you will contribute to TCI Plant Objectives through ensuring the daily/weekly/monthly administration functions within the plant department are controlled and completed correctly; identifying and reporting on any shortfalls that may arise; be available for site re-allocation at anytime, to assist with any new projects or shortfalls in administration requirements.

Requirements for this position are tertiary Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, with minimum 1 year experiences administration in any role, have good analysis and reporting skill, computer literate, good communication both oral and written in English, good organization skill, diligent, hard work, good performance, and must be able to transfer to site.

Reporting to the Training and Development Manager your will provide contribution to the success of PT. Thiess Contractor Indonesia by effectively evaluating, developing and implementing plans to meet staff development needs within TCI. This will include the development and implementation of staff development system and the leadership of the Organisation Development team to support succession planning within TCI.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a University Degree in HR Management or Social Science and or certification in learning and people development with minimum 5 years experience in Training and or HR Generalist role – with leadership/supervision experience. Experience on a mining or Construction site will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English both verbal & written; computer literate and must have facilitation skill are required.

Reporting to the HRIS and Remben Superintendent your will assist the HRIS Superintendent in conducting job analysis interview, and writing job description; also provide analysis report on job evaluation activities, salary surveys and structures, compensation programs, and market trends monitoring the organisation’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff; provide analysis and recommendations for competitive market peer community of companies, perquisite practices and salary, bonus, long-term incentive approaches; evaluates and compares existing company benefits with those of other employers by analysing other plans, surveys, and other sources of information; assist in development of specifications for new plans or modifies existing plans to maintain company competitive position in labour market.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, and Accounting specializing in Human Resources or equivalent; a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of Compensation & Benefits programs; have Compensation and/or Benefits certification preferred; broad knowledge of and ongoing awareness of compensation and benefit trends and regulations governing business accounting and taxation rules; knowledge of global pay practices; deep analytical abilities; understanding of statistical methodologies and analysis desired; strong leadership skills, focus on to detail; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate.

Reporting to the Project Administration Superintendent, with support and training undertaken by head office personnel, during an extended period of development and mentoring, you will undertake the full range of accounting duties; which includes monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial reviews and assist with the identification of performance enhancement opportunities to add value to the business.

General Requirements:

* Minimum Tertiary qualification in Accounting or similar discipline, an MBA would be highly regarded,
* Minimum of 3 years experience in System/Cost Accounting, Admin Project Accounting in mining, construction or related industries,

Reporting to the Plant Operation Superintendent, you will responsible and accountable for the management of all aspects of site plant Finance & Administration, systems, records, processing and the personnel involved. You will also be accountable for the management of all aspects of site plant financial costing such as performance analysis, forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements:

* Minimum Tertiary qualification such as Business, Engineering, Accounting,
* Minimum of 2 years experience in System/Cost Accounting or Admin Project in Mining, Construction or related industries,
* Having broad knowledge Enterprise Systems such as JDE, ORACLE, SAP
* Technical financial and accounting,
* Excellent computer skills in MS Office,
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required,
* Capable to work in a team, deliver training, advise and motivate
* Willing to work and transfer across projects in Kalimantan and other Indonesian locations.

Reporting to the Project Manager your will organise and coordinate all tasks related to the engineering and environmental activities at project site, such as mine planning, mine rehabilitation activities, and reporting; establish and maintain a record of sound safety and environmental performance and management practice at all levels of operation as per Thiess standard Manage and Coach all subordinates to get maximum performance prepare weekly, monthly and yearly mine planning and report.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a degree in Engineering – preferable Mining Engineering, with minimum 15 years experience in the area of open pit mining management involving in mine planning and mine environmental; proven skills in utilising software such as Minescape, Xpac would be an advantage; strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate at Senior levels both internally and externally; strong production focus and successful track record, proven to achieve targets and computer literate is a must.
