Manager Supply & Logistics

In this senior role you will required to lead and motivate the Supply and Logistic Department by:
- Managing port facilities at Bitung and Tj. Barnabas
- Managing employee transportation on the island
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects
- Managing Inventory, ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained
- Sourcing of products and identification cost benefit analysis
- Managing Supply and Logistics teams ensuring safety policies are adhered to
- Managing supply budget

Person Specifications
To be considered for this challenging role you will demonstrate a proven background, preferably in industrial, mining or construction industries with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. You will have highly developed people management skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English, the ability to identify and implement improvement strategies and the desire to foster strong relationships to ensure the continued success of this organization. Qualification in a business related discipline will be highly regarded as will an understanding of mining equipment and processing plant.

Scope of Work

Managing the daily operations of IT applications of a Telco service provider, providing application management and support.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Manage the daily operation of the IT or Network based Applications within the Test Environment

· Respond to questions and trouble shoot on various IT or Network Based application queries and problems for the customer

· Provide first line support and coordinate second-line and third-line operational support.

· Co-ordinate between the client and vendor issues relating to service or support requests including response to incidents and problems

· Monitor Application Performance and service levels ensuring that SLA performance is maintained..

Qualification

· S1 degree in telecommunication, information technology, computer, electronic, equivalent.

· Min 3 years working experience in a Mobile Telecommunications industry.

· Must have previous data centre experience handling technical calls

· Must understand the concept of customer service and first call resolution

· Must be a customer service oriented individual with good interpersonal skills.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Have experience in Database like Oracle Database or SQL Server is an advantage.

· Having experience in one of the following Operating systems: UNIX (HP-Ux or Solaris)

Additional Skills
