We are human resources consultant company. Our client, a national company concerning in healthcare insurance administration and IT infrastructure provider, located in Jakarta, is seeking for highly qualified and dedicated professionals for the following positions:


1. IT Manager (ITM – AD)
Requirements:

Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalents from reputable university.
Having certification in security, network, data center, it operation or system administrator
would be an advantage.
Having minimum 3-5 years working experience in managing IT Department, Data Center and
various projects.
Having good knowledge in healthcare insurance industry is preferred.
good leadership, technical skill and professional attitude is a must proven by strong education background and relevant experiences.
Minimum age of 35 – 40 years old

2. SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (SYS-AD)

Responsibilities:
Maintain, configure windows server dan linux .
Create, change, and delete user accounts per request;
Ensure system security to minimize of unauthorized access in the Operating system level;
Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues;
Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
Maintain documentation on all customizations with special attention to reducing the impact
of operating system patches and new release loads.


Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalents
Minimum 2-5 years experience as System Administrator
Max. age 30 years old
Good knowledge and excellent skills in Windows Networking, Active Directory, Windows Storage Server, Security etc.(windows certified is preferable)
Creative, innovative and able to work in dynamic working environment

Logica is currently recruiting for positions based in Jakarta, Indonesia, working within a team providing Managed Services to a Telecommunications Client.

Scope of Work

Managing the daily operations of IT applications of a Telco service provider, providing application management and support.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Manage the daily operation of the IT or Network based Applications within the Test Environment

· Respond to questions and trouble shoot on various IT or Network Based application queries and problems for the customer

· Provide first line support and coordinate second-line and third-line operational support.

· Co-ordinate between the client and vendor issues relating to service or support requests including response to incidents and problems

· Monitor Application Performance and service levels ensuring that SLA performance is maintained..

Qualification

· S1 degree in telecommunication, information technology, computer, electronic, equivalent.

· Min 3 years working experience in a Mobile Telecommunications industry.

· Must have previous data centre experience handling technical calls

· Must understand the concept of customer service and first call resolution

· Must be a customer service oriented individual with good interpersonal skills.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Have experience in Database like Oracle Database or SQL Server is an advantage.

· Having experience in one of the following Operating systems: UNIX (HP-Ux or Solaris)

· Good quality English spoken and written.

Additional Skills

· Knowledge in data communications such as TCP/IP, SMPP, SOAP, UCP or Network protocols such as SS7, CAP, ISUP, MAP would be an advantage

· Knowledge and experience in data charging, billing, EAI or CRM is an advantage.

· Proven experience working in a team environment

· Ability to work in pressure situations to meet deadlines and commitment to work the hours to get the job done
