Main task :

Responsible for operation and maintenance around 1000 BTS ( Radio Link, Power System, Air Conditioning, etc )

Responsibilities :
Provide excellent customer service by responding clients Trouble Tickets and Resolving them within SLA agreement
Manage scheduling for routing maintenance jobs
Reporting to Management

Requirements :

· Min. D3 Electro

· Have strong knowledge of all Windows Systems and PC, as well as experience Siemens/Nokia BTS and NodeB Systems (RA77A, BR9BSS, Microwave radio (HIT770), GSM and UTMS architecture)

· Min. 2 years experience in BTS

· Good communication and managerial skill with proven track

Scope of Work

Managing the daily operations of IT applications of a Telco service provider, providing application management and support.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Manage the daily operation of the IT or Network based Applications within the Test Environment

· Respond to questions and trouble shoot on various IT or Network Based application queries and problems for the customer

· Provide first line support and coordinate second-line and third-line operational support.

· Co-ordinate between the client and vendor issues relating to service or support requests including response to incidents and problems

· Monitor Application Performance and service levels ensuring that SLA performance is maintained..

Qualification

· S1 degree in telecommunication, information technology, computer, electronic, equivalent.

· Min 3 years working experience in a Mobile Telecommunications industry.

· Must have previous data centre experience handling technical calls

· Must be a customer service oriented individual with good interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills

Qualification

· In depth training in techniques in testing of solutions.

· Should have very good understanding of 2G, 2.5B, 3G technology and the types of services offered.

· Experience with UNIX environment is useful.

MINE PLANER

Responsibilities :
As technical support between mine operations personnel and mine planning with an emphasis on long term planning and strategic option evaluation and analysis.
Ensure layouts and plans are delivered in timely manner.
Develop and implement short or medium to long term plus ensuring budgeted target are met and ensure these plans are delivered in a timely manner.
Assist with evaluation of potential reserve acquisitions, conducting reserve analysis, identifying mine development opportunities and developing economic models.
Coordinate with drafts person in development of property and mine maps and mining and recovery analysis studies.

Requirements:
Male with maximum age of 35
Degree qualified in Mine Engineering or related discipline
Above 5 years experiences in a coal mining environment, with a detail knowledge of mining and project environments.
High level of computer literacy, including knowledge of mine planning software/systems (MINCOM).
Proven experience in mine planning would be desirable skill with the support of operational background
Honest, detail oriented, highly motivated, and able to work in a team
Willing to work at mine site.
Willing to work together with major contractor in achieving an excellent result.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
