CORE Mission

The Technical Consultant (TC) works under the direction of the Technical Manager and is responsible for the technical support of Sagem Orga’s Telecommunication Products. The TC is required to maintain the continuity of business to Orga’s existing customers in named accounts. The TC is required to provide ongoing technical support to distribution channels and contribute towards preparation of sales presentations, tender responses and proposals

Main Responsibilities

Trial / Production cards

Creates, Initializes and Personalizes Specifications for smart cards
Prepares and checks of Personalization script files for card production factory
Handles Input/Output Data and PIN mailers for Trial and Production cards
Delivers Trial card to customer
Coordinates Trial cards/Software development between Headquarter and factories to ensure smooth deliveries of end-products
Tasks as may be assigned by the Technical Manager from time to time

Customer Support

Liaises with customer on product requirement
Liaises with Customers/Vendors/Factory on Technical issues
Resolves technical issues
Conducts technical training for customers
Provides on-site technical support
Answer to RFI/RFP/tender
Tasks as may be assigned by the Technical Manager from time to time

Qualifications

Education

Engineering degree in Electronic or in Telecommunication. An additional degree in Business or Commercial engineering would be preferred

Skills

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Good team work and networking skill
Good oral and written communication skill
Strong technical background in telecom, smart card, banking, security and others
Strong project management skill
Experience
At least 3 years working experience in smart card or technical environment

Role & Responsibility:

General Requirements:
Engineering Graduate (preferably Electrical/Mechanical), Business Administration or equivalent, and minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry for electrical and instrumentation equipment operation and maintenance and should have experience in administration manpower supply contract.
Have a high skills in planning, managing maintenance strategy, observe and execute of preventive maintenance, and performance evaluation and equipment within electrical and instrumentation aspect as specified in this contract.
Understand HSE matter, regulations, codes, and standards applicable to electrical and instrumentation equipment operation, inspection and maintenance. The Manager shall have experience in utilizing Maintenance Management System tools and application.
Have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and superior planning and organizational skills. An advance degree in engineering or business and international experience is desirable.
At least 4 years of mechanical & electrical, scaffolding, insulation maintenance services contract management
Must have excellent planning and organizational abilities, Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good in English both in oral and written, High analytical skill, Able to work independently as well as a team, Computer Literate in using MS office

ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT – (Code: ES)

Based in South Kalimantan. This is a senior staff position reporting to Mine Manager. He/she is responsible for coordinating & organizing all mine planning aspects, mine operation, managing contractors and liaison with marketing department.

Required Qualifications:
S-1 Degree in Mine Engineering.
Min 10 years experience in coal mine planning and operations.
Strong technical skills and experience with mine planning software such as MINCOM, MInex is preferable.
Experience in operation supervisions and mining contract administration is desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent language skills either spoken, written and reading comprehension of both Indonesian and English.
Able to work in team environment displaying leadership.
High commitment to safety standard & business ethic.
Good understanding on global coal business will be an advantage.
