Logica is currently recruiting for positions based in Jakarta, Indonesia, working within a team providing Managed Services to a Telecommunications Client.

Scope of Work

Managing the daily operations of IT applications of a Telco service provider, providing application management and support.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Manage the daily operation of the IT or Network based Applications within the Test Environment

· Respond to questions and trouble shoot on various IT or Network Based application queries and problems for the customer

· Provide first line support and coordinate second-line and third-line operational support.

· Co-ordinate between the client and vendor issues relating to service or support requests including response to incidents and problems

· Monitor Application Performance and service levels ensuring that SLA performance is maintained..

Qualification

· S1 degree in telecommunication, information technology, computer, electronic, equivalent.

· Min 3 years working experience in a Mobile Telecommunications industry.

· Must have previous data centre experience handling technical calls

· Must understand the concept of customer service and first call resolution

· Must be a customer service oriented individual with good interpersonal skills.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Have experience in Database like Oracle Database or SQL Server is an advantage.

· Having experience in one of the following Operating systems: UNIX (HP-Ux or Solaris)

· Good quality English spoken and written.

Additional Skills

· Knowledge in data communications such as TCP/IP, SMPP, SOAP, UCP or Network protocols such as SS7, CAP, ISUP, MAP would be an advantage

· Knowledge and experience in data charging, billing, EAI or CRM is an advantage.

· Proven experience working in a team environment

· Ability to work in pressure situations to meet deadlines and commitment to work the hours to get the job done

Job Descriptions:
Initiate new product idea.
Define the specification of the product.
Define the product strategy and roadmap.
Deliver MRDs (Market Requirement Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) with prioritized features and corresponding justfication.
Work with external third parties to assess partnership and licensing opportunities.
Run beta and pilot programs with early stage products and samples.

Job Requirements:
Min. Bachelor degree, MBA graduate is more prefered.
Min. 3 years experience as Product Development.
Demonstrate success defining and launching excellent products.
5 years experiences in Product Management or Product Design experience in Mobile Telco market (agile development experience is a plus).
Superior ability to channel the expectation of the customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical background, with experience in Telco (know and exposed to telecommunications marketplace and relevant technologies.
Have excellent teamwork, communication, negotiation skills without formal authority.
Able to do multitasking job with past-paced in under pressure environment.
Able to be organized, focused and detailed, self-starter.
